Objective:To establish quarterly Committee meetings for property owners and establish procedures for agenda items. 


Policy and Procedure:

The Committee will hold open meetings quarterly, with the Annual Meeting to be the fourth of those meetings.    Any property owner who wishes to place an item on the agenda should inform the Committee in writing or by email no later than seven days before the quarterly meeting.  No additional agenda items will be accepted after the seven day deadline; however, Owner Comments will be included as an agenda item at open meetings.
 
Dates, times and location of the quarterly meetings will be published in the community newsletter and/or website one month before the meeting is to take place.   A link will be made available on the website for owners to email agenda items to the Committee.



The policies of the Rancho Heights Road & Management Committee have been established in accordance with the Declaration of Restrictions and Road Maintenance Agreement recorded at the County of San Diego Document #73-01969 section 9.

Policies are intended to serve as a framework for the Committee’s decision-making process and shall not be construed in any manner to restrict the decisions of the Committee in any specific circumstance.  All circumstances will be evaluated on a case by case basis and policies shall be interpreted and applied by the Committee using its best judgment for the benefit of the community at large as per its authority granted by the Declaration of Restrictions and Road Maintenance Agreement.  All decision made by the Committee are binding and final.

Policies and Procedure are subject to revision at the discretion of the Committee.
